Overview

Arnas is a person of… few words. Despite often tagging along their friends silly little antics, they somehow hold the capacity to doze off through most of it— even when they’re being dragged off by hand to the next adventure.

They only really speak up when necessary, otherwise keeping to themself and looking as if they’re just living in their own little headspace. Surprisingly though, they actually do keep a good ear on the things around them, they just don’t respond or react visibly to such things. It’s not really known whether it’s due to laziness, or disinterest, but that’s simply how Arnas just is.

Present

Arnas is the only child to their parents, Andreu Sansa and Destiny Clemons. They grew up getting used to constantly hopping from place to place for various hospital visits due to their poor physical health, so the bright lights of a hospital room and the sound of nurses coming to and fro were a familiar sensation to them. They didn't socialize much with their peers in early primary school as they weren't always able to attend in-person, but their parents did often keep them company during hospital visits in between work.

Eventually Arnas would move to the Kalos region for treatment and behavioral therapy in Lumiose City. A family friend offered a place in the nearby Anistar City, and admittedly it was hard to get used to staying in one place for the first time. Being the mysterious new kid who often couldn't come to class made Arnas an oddity to those in their class, most of which Arnas couldn't bring themself to click with. This family friend however had recently adopted a child, one near Arnas' age who would often come over and ask to play. When they couldn't bring themself to, the kid didn't press, just sat there with them and chatted.
