• As a default, I retain the rights to use commissioned artwork in art portfolio submissions to promote myself. I may also post it online, but if you are not comfortable with that, please let me know!

• Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are allowed to post the commissioned work on social media, use it as an icon, emoji, header or reference. If you are unsure if your usage is okay, feel free to ask!

• Any of the following are NOT allowed and will be considered copyright infringement: Usage of commission art for NFTs, AI training, claiming the art as your own, or redistribution/editing without permission. You also may not use it commercially, unless previously discussed and agreed on.

• Payment is done through Ko-Fi or Paypal and will be payed fully upfront for smaller commissions like doodles, but for fullbody and chibis will be payed in full after a sketch approval.

• Turnaround times will vary, however smaller options like icons, doodles, etc. will take significantly less time than bigger pieces, the latter which may take one or more months depending on complexity. I will try my best to be transparent about the process.

• No refunds after payment is given, unless I am unable to complete the commission for any reason. Finished products are emailed or messaged to you with a google drive link.
