A dreamer who feels limited by the situations she's in. Oon is a studying mage from one of Nimbus's esteemed magic academies, and a highly talented one at that. She's capable, feisty and overall excitable girl who dreams of being a famous mage someday like Isleen.

Where she is now though, she's highly held back by both her school systems and a rather overprotective mother, both who perpetuate an idea of only learning magic one way and nothing else, no experimentation, no extremities, no differences. Oon wants more than that though, she wishes for freedom and no limits, she wants to experiment and go into the world making it hers with her own two hands. She wasn't sure if anything about her mundane life could be changed, until one day she noticed her own mother's face taken...

• Her first name, Oon, is a transliteration of a Chinese name meaning "lukewarm", "mild" or "to warm up". Her last name, Chionh, is also a transliteration of a common Chinese surname.
